A cold shelf of drinks, island baking and real snacks, and coffee, matcha and cacao made a cup at a time — every item chosen because it does something good for the person who buys it. Named by where it grew and how it was made. There whenever it's wanted, without anyone on shift.
Two words, chosen carefully
- To give a body what it needs to grow and stay well.
- To keep something alive by tending it — a practice, a place, a person.
- Stores of food and drink laid in for a journey or a stay.
- What's set aside ahead of time so it's there when it's needed.
What we stock, and where it's from
The cold shelf. Electrolytes, coconut water, kombucha and sparkling water alongside island baking, dates and nuts, bars and chocolate — for after the heat, and for the hours in between.
Whole bean, ground to order, extracted a cup at a time. Rotating single origins from a roaster who can tell you the farm.
First harvest, shade-grown, stone-ground. Whisked with hot water and nothing else unless you ask for milk.
Grown and hand-processed by an Indigenous Maya women's collective, with the price paid to the growers published openly.

Every item on the shelf has to leave the person who bought it better off. That rules out most of what's in a normal machine, and it's meant to.
Named, not vague
We say where things come from and how they're made. If the origin isn't worth naming, it isn't worth stocking.
Watched, not abandoned
Every machine reports what it has, what it's sold and what it needs. Empty shelves and warm coolers get noticed before anyone else sees them.
